Design D*I*V*A*S Blog Hop !!

Hi everyone!! Welcome to Cindy's Antics! So glad you could stop by! You're at the beginning of the Design D.I.V.A.S. 2nd ever blog hop!!! 

We are a special private group formed on Facebook to help us connect with one another, share our common interests in our papercrafting lives and best of all….have some fun!
    Our Title Acronym stands for: Divine, Inspirational, Virtuous, Artistic (or annointed) sistahs!    Our group originated at SCS back over 2 yrs ago and has recently branched out to the new FB group.
    We decided to get things kicked off right, we would have a blog hop as suggested by the lovely Melissa Cash. It features items that we’ve had “stashed”. An “oldie but, goodie” that we’ve pulled out and blown the dust off of to create something with it.
    So please join us as we journey along the way to discover some hidden treasures we’ve had tucked away that we’ve designed just for this special occasion with many more to come! As you can see in the blog badge, we will be participating in the hops every 3rd wednesday of the month!

 

Today is my first time participating in the DD Oldies But Goodies Blog hop!  I have a feeling, this will be a fun time!!!     For my card, I used a Stampabilities stamp that I have had for probably 2 years. I love the wording!!  So appropriate for friends!!  I used my Cuttlebug, that is also an "oldie" to emboss the PTI Pink cardstock.   I layered my image, and used an "old" Martha Stewart punch to make the double border. Then made a double ribbon border out of "old" ribbon.  I colored with my "old" Prismacolor pencils, and shaded with my "old" Pebbles chalks.

           Can't wait for the hop to happen'!!!
