Cindy's Antics! Stamping, Scrapping, Crocheting, Family!!!

      Many months ago I won blog candy from Gina .  I am finally coloring up one of the stamps!! There were a lot of stamps in that box of blog candy!!  Check out her blog: "Makings and Musings."   She actually used a Sweet Pea Stamp today.     This image is available at Sweet Pea Stamps .   It was designed by Ching Chou Kuik, but I could not find the name of this particular stamp.      This is a perfect image for the challenge over at Color Me Creative Classroom , titled  "Colors of the Sea."     Cardstock is Tempting Turquiose and Gina K Pure Luxury White.  I embossed with the Cuttlebug and sponged with Tempting Turquoise ink.     Thought I'd make a boy card today!! It started out as a paper piecing card for the Phindy's Place challenge this week, but it also fits the Color Me Creative Challenge.                Phindy's is a Paper Piecing challenge , and the CMC is to feature Boys.      The digi is called "Just Hanging Around."  I used SU Pacific Point card stock and DP. The ribbon is also Pacific Point.  The sentiment is from  SU "Crazy for Cupcakes." I used the SU Circle and Scallop Circle punches, which I pierced.  I added a tiny bit of bling, even though it is for a boy!!     I also added some white button breads for his buttons on his bibs. I also pieced the dog collar.  I shaded with Pebbles chalks.      I just might make cards all day today!!  Tomorrow is my Dad's Birthday. He would have been 76.  My daughters, Mom and me will be sending off some balloons for him. ...

    Today's card is a digi from Designed2Delight , the Friday Freebie!!  If you participate in a Friday challenge with their digi image, the the following Friday, you receive another Free digi.  The name of this cute digi is" Falloween Cat."    Cardstock is Really Rust and Gina K Pure Luxury,  Miscellaneous DP. Colored with Copics, Prima Flowers, Brad and misc Ribbon. The sentiment is from the Falloween Cat, punched out with the SU Oval and scalloped oval punch.    I'm also entering in the following challenges:   Stamps R Us ,  Fussy & Fancy Friday Sketch and Color Me Creative Classroom "Fall or Halloween"    I hope you enjoyed!!   I just love Butterflies!!!  I saw this challenge over at Color Me Creative Classroom   and thought I have the perfect stamp for it!!  The theme of the challenges is "WINGS".    The stamp is by Stamping Bella, called "Flutterby".  I decided to make 3 versions. I decided to add the pretty Recollections Gemstone Butterflies for some added bling! The first one I colored the little flowers with Copics in the blue range. The sentiment is in Pacific Point, "hello" by the Stamps of Life by Stephanie Barnard.   This sentiment is "Thank You", SU Warmest Regards, stamped in Elegant Eggplant,   colored with Copics in the Purple range.   This sentiment, "Thinking of You" is also SU "Warmest Regards", stamped in Melon Mambo, colored with Copics in the pink range.       It is hard to see in the pictures, but I have added stickles to all of the flowers.       This is big for me!!! 1 card, 4 challenges... This is a new Phindy's Place digi image. It is called "Flower Top Fairy Mushroom Minx".   The base is Orchid Opulence, the image is printed on Gina K Pure Luxury, mounted on Green Gable. I dry embossed Groovy Guava with my Cuttlebug. I believe the folder is Swirls. I shaded with Pebbles chalk.  The flowers I colored with Copics RV55 & RV 66 and attached them with yellow brads.   I used Creative Memories Corner Rounder to round it all out.       Good morning everyone!!!  While you are reading this, I am at the County Courthouse!! No, I am not in trouble!! I have to report to jury duty!!  This is my 2nd time in my life, and the 2nd time in about 6 years I have been called. I didn't get picked the first time, so we will see what today brings!!      My first card is for a Challenge over at Suzanne Deans "Color Me Creative Classroom" .  The challenge was to use all WHITE with only 1 "pop" of color.  My card base and the embossed sheet is Gina K Pure Luxury. I used the Christmas Ornaments embossing folder in my Cuttlebug.  The sentiment is from Northwoods Stamps, stamped in Real Red. The cute little Snowman is by American Art Stamps, and I colored him with Copics.     Here is another digi Image from Mo's Digital Pencil .  This is called "Whats cooking" When I bought her, the purchase was price was only $1 and it was  used as a fundraiser for the  people of Japan after the Tsunami.  Wasn't that awesome of Mo?     I have used Perfect Plum, Orchid Opulence & Almost Amethyst. White is Gina K Pure Luxury. She is colored entirely with Copics, except her skin, that was a Prismacolor.  I outlined her with a Prismacolor Pencil.  Added some Bling!!, and stamped "happiness" from SU Warm Words, and used the SU Oval punches.    I just found the " Color Me Creative " Classroom by Suzanne Dean, and actually I posted my card for Challenge #15, Metallic 's.  Now, I don't have a lot of Copics yet, only about 12 Sketch and 12 Regular, bust most of my card was colored with them.  I met 2 other RNs on there in my first few minutes...  How amazing!!!   ...
